A little about me
I’m a Toronto-based Registered Dietitian supporting adults and adolescents navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting and complicated relationships with food and their bodies.
Nutrition care can feel like another set of expectations to meet. My approach is collaborative and curious, with room to speak honestly, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.
Food is connected to culture, identity, sensory needs and lived experience. These parts of you are welcome here.
I hold a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph. I am registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
My experience spans hospital, outpatient, community and eating disorder treatment settings. This background shapes my attention to both emotional safety and clinical responsibility.
Outside of work, you can usually find me reading in a cafe, wandering through a bookstore, practising yoga, going for a long walk or experimenting with makeup and personal style.

A little clarity
Here are a few things you might be wondering before we begin.
Something else on your mind?I work with adults and adolescents located in Ontario who are navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body-image concerns or health conditions through a weight-neutral lens. If you’re unsure whether my services fit what you need, a free consultation is a good place to start. I may recommend another provider or level of care when that is a better fit.
Yes. All appointments are virtual, and you must be located in Ontario at the time of your session. You’ll need a private space, a reliable internet connection and a device with video and audio. In-person appointments are not offered.
We’ll talk about your eating patterns, medical and nutrition history, current symptoms, previous treatment, daily routines and goals. The purpose is to understand the full picture and decide what support should come next. You don’t need to prepare perfect answers or arrive with a clear plan.
Some people benefit from clear meal structure, while others need a different kind of support. Recommendations are individualized and may include meal guidance, practical planning or a more structured eating plan when clinically appropriate. We’ll discuss the purpose of any recommendation and adapt it with you.
Weight is not approached as a measure of worth or success. Whether weight information is useful depends on your medical needs, treatment goals and care plan. If weight monitoring is clinically relevant, we’ll discuss why it is being considered and how to approach it as safely and transparently as possible.
Yes. With your involvement and consent, a support person can join when their participation would be helpful. For minors, parent or caregiver involvement is highly encouraged but not required. Dedicated support-person sessions are not offered in this current service menu.
Appointment frequency depends on your needs, the level of support that feels useful and other members of your care team. We’ll discuss a starting frequency and revisit it as your needs change.
Yes. With your consent, I can collaborate with other members of your care team. Coordinated care can be especially important when medical monitoring, psychotherapy or psychiatric support is part of your recovery plan.
