Submissions are sent through this website’s server to a form-processing provider used by the practice. The form remains disabled when its secure connection is unavailable. Please do not include detailed personal health information, urgent medical information or crisis-related information in this form.
Booking and third-party services
Booking and payment use a link to Jane, an external booking platform, when booking is available. Jane handles information under its own privacy policy and terms. Please review those policies before submitting information.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not use analytics or tracking scripts. Fonts and decorative assets are hosted on this website. The inquiry form uses a necessary HttpOnly session cookie for security and duplicate protection. The server temporarily stores session/request status and keyed IP-address hashes with attempt timestamps for rate limiting, not the text of your inquiry. Hosting logs and the form-processing provider may also retain information under their respective configurations.
